Pink for Fighting Breast Cancer

• Every two minutes a woman in the United States is diagnosed with breast cancer.
• In 2009, approximately 40,170 women are expected to die from breast cancer in the US.
• The National Cancer Institute estimates that approximately 2.5 million women alive today have had a history of breast cancer.
• Breast cancer is the most common cause of cancer-related deaths among women worldwide. With more than 410,000 deaths each year, breast cancer accounts for about 14% of all female cancer deaths and 1.6% of all female deaths worldwide.

Breast Cancer is one of leading causes of death amongst women worldwide. Although there have been reductions in breast cancer deaths over the years, there are still too many dying from this disease. Mothers, daughters, grandmothers, and even men of all ages can be affected by the cancer and it is growing every year. Better drugs and diagnostic methods are helping women combat this disease today, but much work still needs to be done. We want to eliminate this horrible disease and we believe that it is possible to do so with our combined efforts. It truly is simple as donating or grabbing one of our products because each dollar helps in so many ways. We can fund research, help a family get treatment, and ultimately help fight against breast cancer.

Blue for helping Animals Live

In the 1980’s, roughly 17 million dogs and cats were being killed in shelters every year. Since that time, the number has fallen to 5 million a year and we think this is still too much. The largest reason for shelters killing these animals is lack of funds and space. Poor little animals all over the globe are being deprived of their basic needs and rights as a living and feeling organism.

With our combined efforts, we will be able to donate to various animal related causes as well as “no-kill” shelters and as a result, this will save many animal lives.

Green for the Planet

4 billion trees are cut down every year. Pollution, global warming, oil spills, and increasing use of our natural land to build for our ever-increasing population. The planet is becoming sicker as you read this with our increasing Carbon Dioxide emissions and our daily harmful practices. Species are becoming instinct as our footprints are a much bigger impact toward their natural habitat than ever before.

With our combined effort, we can raise enough money to plant more trees, fund a territory and keep a land green, and we can help save this planet for our next generations that will follow.

Orange for Fighting Diabetes

• At least 171 million people worldwide have diabetes; this figure is likely to be more than double by 2030. This is an epidemic.
• Around 3.2 million deaths every year are attributable to complications of diabetes. That means that there are six deaths every minute.
• 1 in every 20 deaths is caused by diabetes
• Diabetes is an important 'silent killer disease' as there is usually no early symptom of the disease. The commonest early symptom is feeling thirsty

Diabetes is a chronic condition that occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. Hyperglycemia and other related disturbances in the body’s metabolism can lead to serious damage to many of the body’s systems, especially the nerves and blood vessels.

We need to help stop Diabetes from affecting any more people on this planet. We need to educate people on healthy diets and better exercise, all while helping doctors and scientists research new forms of cures for this harsh disease.
